Our engineers are highly experienced in the design of automotive electrical test connection systems. We can design and manufacture wiring harness test connectors directly from the physical sample without any CAD data. In our design office, engineers use industry-leading CAD software to generate models of the prototype product which can be reviewed before we start the manufacturing process. CAM software is used to produce the code used for CNC machining. 2D product assembly drawings & wiring schematics are generated from the model and presented for approval during the project prototyping phase.
